Works great!

I use this to access our Mac from an iPhone. It was easy to set up (easier than TeamViewer, which I also tried) and I prefer this UI over all the others Ive tried.

You can use it on an internal network via bonjour (not sure what that other reviewer was complaining about) or you can access your Mac via the Internet/cloud method. Both situations eliminate the need to open ports on your firewall/router.
